Where will the Bride/Groom have their final preparation taking place (last makeup & hair finishing touches and getting in the dress) on the wedding day? (Name and Address if NOT the ceremony location).

Pre-ceremony - do you have a preference if the guys get their photos taken before the gals or vice versa? (we recommend guys go last so the bride can be hidden if running late and guests arrive early)

We usually end all photos a half hour before the ceremony begins. Would you like the photos to end any earlier and if so, at what time would you like pre-ceremony photos completed?

Tell us about any restrictions or guidelines at your ceremony location that we should know about (make to sure include if there are any time restrictions as to how early or how late we are permitted to be on the location).

Do you plan on seeing each other before the Ceremony?

Are there any specific locations that you would like your Family, Wedding Party and/or Bride and Groom photos taken at? If so, where?

If there are additional family group photos that you would like, please list them here with corresponding name(s) (e.g. Bride and groom with sister, Sarah). *Please allow 5 minutes for each additional shot

In order to ensure that the group family portraits go as smoothly as possible we require at least ONE (1) “wedding wrangler” to assist the photographer in identifying, corralling, and making sure people are in the correct group picture. - This person CANNOT be you or your immediate family because they will be in a majority of pictures. They should be outgoing and have knowledge of who is in each group picture. It often works well if one person from each side of family are designated “wedding wranglers”. Please name wedding wranglers here.

Are there any special family situations (divorces, deaths, etc.), that we should know about that we need to be sensitive to?

If you are having a formal exit, how will your guests be sending you off for your formal exit? (Suggestion: If your exit takes place after dark it's recommended that sparklers play at least some role in the exit to act as a light source :) Can be combined with other things too).
